Microsoft 365,
done properly.
Certified endpoint and Modern Workplace specialist helping NZ businesses and government agencies run secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environments — without the guesswork.
For Organisations
Services built for modern
NZ workplaces
Whether you're just getting started or need to sort out what's already there — fixed scope, plain English, no lock-in.
M365 Starter Pack
Still using Gmail or a personal email account for your business? We set up Microsoft 365 from scratch — proper business email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA. Done in a day, fixed price, no surprises.
M365 Security & Health Audit
A thorough review of your Microsoft 365 tenant — conditional access, identity protection, Defender configuration, compliance posture. You receive a prioritised action plan, written in plain English.
M365 Tidy-Up
You've had Microsoft 365 for years but nobody's touched the settings since day one. Old accounts still active, security at default, licences going to waste. We clean it up and configure it properly — with a plain-English report of everything we changed.
Intune & Endpoint Deployment
Full design and rollout of Microsoft Intune — from a blank tenant to a fully managed, compliant device fleet. Windows, iOS, Android. We handle the build, the enrolment, and a proper handover.
Managed Modern Workplace
Ongoing monthly support for your Microsoft 365 environment. Proactive monitoring, policy management, licence admin, and incident response — so your team can focus on the work that matters.
Iwi & Māori Organisations
Iwi and hapū organisations have specific IT requirements that most consultants aren't across — data must stay onshore, governance structures don't map to standard corporate templates, and Microsoft's NZ North data residency requirements matter. We know the landscape.
Marae Digital Capability
The government's Marae Digital Capability Programme is providing broadband and devices to marae across Aotearoa. Once the gear arrives, we handle the setup — configuring devices, getting M365 running, and making sure your people can actually use it when we leave.
For Home
Tech help that doesn't
feel like IT support
Not every tech problem needs a corporate solution. Sometimes you just need someone who'll sit with you, sort it out, and explain what they did — in plain English.
New Device Setup
Bought a new laptop, tablet, or phone? We come to you, get everything set up — accounts, email, printer, apps — and make sure you're comfortable using it before we leave. No jargon, no rush.
Scam-Proof Your Tech
Scams targeting New Zealanders are at record highs. In one session we set up a password manager, turn on two-factor authentication on your important accounts, and show you exactly what to watch out for.
Photo & Memory Backup
Years of photos sitting on a phone or old laptop with no backup is a disaster waiting to happen. We set up automatic cloud backup so your memories are safe — and show you how to access them from any device.
Video Calling Setup
Want to video call the grandkids but can't figure out Zoom or FaceTime? We set it up on your device, walk you through it step by step, and make sure you can do it confidently on your own.

About
Founder &
lead consultant.
Seven years inside government agencies teaches you one thing: most Microsoft 365 environments are set up once and never properly touched again. Licences pile up unused. Security sits at default. Staff work around their tools instead of with them.
Sysinternal was built for the organisations handling the most sensitive data — health, government, electoral — that shouldn't have to rely on a large firm with a junior engineer on the phone. They deserve a consultant who has already worked in those environments and knows what is actually at stake.
MS-102, MD-102, ITIL qualified. You deal with the founder directly — no account managers, no handoffs.
FAQ
Common questions,
straight answers
Not sure if this applies to you? These are the questions we hear most.
Yes — small businesses are targeted more often than large ones because attackers know they are less protected. In NZ, CERT NZ reports thousands of incidents annually affecting businesses of all sizes. The basics — proper M365 setup and device management — go a very long way.
Intune is Microsoft's tool for managing devices — laptops, phones, tablets. It lets you enforce security rules, push software, and remotely wipe a device if it is lost or stolen. If your team accesses work data on any device, yes — you need it.
Basic gives you email and Teams. Standard adds the Office desktop apps. Premium — which most businesses should be on — adds Intune device management and Microsoft Defender. Many businesses pay for Basic or Standard and miss out on the security features in Premium for a small price difference.
Without the right setup, nothing — their device retains access to your files and emails. With Intune and Azure AD configured correctly, you can remotely wipe the device and revoke all access instantly. We set this up as part of every engagement.
Having Microsoft 365 is like owning a car — having it configured correctly is like having the seatbelts and locks actually working. Most tenants we assess have security gaps, unused features, and devices connecting without compliance checks.
Mostly small to medium businesses (5–200 staff) and government agencies. We are best suited to organisations with a Microsoft 365 subscription but without a dedicated IT team managing it properly — or teams that need specialist help beyond what their generalist IT support covers.
A security audit typically takes 3–5 business days from access to final report. An Intune deployment for a small team (under 50 devices) usually runs 2–4 weeks. We scope this clearly before any work starts so there are no surprises.
No. Project work is fixed-scope — you pay for what is agreed, nothing more. Our managed service retainer runs month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We would rather earn your business each month than lock you in.
Absolutely. A lot of our work is alongside internal IT teams. We bring deep Microsoft 365 and endpoint specialisation that most generalist staff do not have time to develop. We can act as a specialist resource on a project or provide a second opinion on your current setup.
A free 30-minute call. We ask about your current setup, your pain points, and what you are trying to achieve. You leave with a clear picture of what we would recommend — no pressure, no pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will say so. Book one here.
That's exactly who we work with. We explain everything in plain English, go at your pace, and won't leave until you're comfortable. No jargon, no judgment.
Yes — home visits are available across the Wellington region. We come to you, sort everything out on-site, and make sure you can use it confidently before we leave.
Most visits take between one and two hours depending on what needs doing. We charge a fixed rate per visit, not by the hour, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Absolutely — many bookings come from family members organising help for a parent or grandparent. Just include their address and availability when you get in touch.
